Due to the nature of our interior design and blueprint services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Any completed or partially completed work is non-refundable.

Return Policy
As we provide digital design and blueprint services, there are no physical products to return.
All deliverables are shared electronically in digital format. Once the final design files have been delivered, they are considered accepted and cannot be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Our services are provided on an agreement basis. Clients may cancel services at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email.
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice may be required if specified in the service agreement
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and must be paid in full
- Services may continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed
